A 23-year-old bank employee was allegedly raped and burned inside a garage of a towing company in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City.

Pasig police identified the victim as Mabel Tagala Cama, who went missing last Friday.

Police operatives found Cama’s lifeless body Sunday morning with her underwear beside her body.

Police Senior Inspector Obet Garcia said half her body was burned adding that the victim’s personal belongings were also missing.

Police have already established the motive of the crime, but still declined to give further details of the case.

They believe, however, that the suspects are employees of the towing company inside the impounding area.

“Kung doon nangyari ‘yon at may nagsunog pa, maaari naman sigurong may alam sila kaya kung meron, tumulong po kayo sa amin sa pagresolba ng kasong ito,” Garcia said.

The victims family refused to give a statement on the incident because the suspects are still at large.
