After the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) re-opened the processing of transport network vehicle service (TNVS), Uber Philippines also opened a TNVS Assist Center located near the LTFRB Central office at Matrix Events Place, 11 Malakas Street, Quezon City.

The TNVS Assist Center is a temporary processing facility and a one-stop shop that can provide smoother and more efficient application procedure.

“We are committed to helping our driver-partners secure their permits. We opened the Uber TNVS Assist Center to ensure our driver-partners are supported throughout the application process.” Uber Philippines’ Head of Communications Cat Avelino said.

Uber partners just have to present their IDs for verification and batching upon arrival on the TNVS Assist Center. The next step is an orientation with the process that takes place in the LTFRB Central office.

Those who have complete requirements may proceed to payment and processing at LTFRB. The TNVS Assist Center provides services like in-house notarization and operator data sheet assistance for partner drivers with incomplete requirements.

Uber Philippines is doing this to support LTFRB’s campaign to to better serve the mobility needs of the riding public.
