President Ferdinand ”Bongbong” Marcos Jr. wants an immediate investigation behind the Philippine Air Force FA-50 fighter jet crash, that killed two pilots.

Ground troops conducting search and rescue found the wreckage of the missing FA-50 fighter jet in Mt. Kalatungan, Bukidnon, Wednesday, including the bodies of the two pilots

The FA-50 fighter jet went missing early Tuesday, while conducting tactical aerial support on ground troops operating against armed rebels.

The PAF said it has grounded its FA-50 fleet with 11 remaining units and will ensure a thorough investigation into the accident.
