Under the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) arrangement between Singapore and the Philippines, fully-vaccinated travelers can now travel to Singapore without having to go through quarantine-on-arrival at a hotel/facility.

Upon arriving at Singapore Changi Airport, you have 24 hours to take a supervised self-swab covid19 test at a designated testing center in the city. Once negative results are released, you will be able to explore the sights of Singapore!

Ttravel requirements:

– Proof of Vaccination – COVID-19 vaccination certificate (VaxCertPH)
– Negative RT-PCR or Antigen Test Result;
– Travel Insurance; and
– Booking on a VTL flight
– Vaccination Travel Pass (VTP)
