NCAP covers all major roads under MMDA jurisdiction

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said all major roads under its jurisdiction would be covered by the “no-contact apprehension policy” or NCAP.
MMDA Chair Romando Artes said these include EDSA, Commonwealth, Quezon Avenue, Roxas Boulevard, C-5, Ortigas Avenue, and Macapagal Boulevard.
NCAP implementation starts May 26, Monday, following the Supreme Court partially lifted a temporary restraining order against the policy.
But some motorists have apprehensions with the NCAP, saying the violations have been piling up.
