I didn’t want impeachment of Sara Duterte – Marcos Jr.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he was never in favor of the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.
“How many times do I have to say that? I didn’t want impeachment.
So, why do I have to keep explaining that I didn’t want impeachment?”
Marcos said that it is now up to the legislators to decide on how they will push through with the proceedings.
“The legislators, the senators, and the House are going to decide on how to handle it. I don’t think that they have made any decisions yet in that regard. So, it’s in there. It’s there… It’s – nasa kanila ‘yan eh. So, they will have to decide between the two houses how they are going to conduct this,” he said.
“You remind, I was part of the Corona impeachment. We were making rules as we went along. And I think that’s what will happen here, too. So, we will see what happens.”
