The Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway or TPLEX announces it will open another stretch of highway to the motoring public this December said Public Works Sec. Mark Villar
Villar said the 10.10-kilometer segment from Binalonan to Pozorrubio will be opened to traffic on December 6 2017.
