Social Weather Stations (SWS) shows President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s net satisfaction rating went from neutral to poor in latest survey conducted last March 24 to 31.

The survey showed that 33% of adult Filipinos satisfied with his performance, while 49% were dissatisfied and 18% were undecided.

In the November 2025 survey, the number of the individuals satisfied with Marcos’ performance was 40%, 43% were dissatisfied, while 17% were undecided.

SWS said that the resulting net satisfaction is -15 (% satisfied minus % dissatisfied) which is classified as “poor.” This is 12 points below the “neutral” -3 in November 2025.

This is also a new personal record-low surpassing the previous “poor” -12 in March 2025, the SWS added.

The net satisfaction rating of Marcos fell in all areas of the country and in both rural and urban areas.

The survey showed that the President’s net satisfaction rating was highest in Balance Luzon at “neutral” +2, followed by the Visayas at “poor” -15, Metro Manila at “bad” -31, and Mindanao at “bad” -40 in March 2026.

Compared to November 2025, Marcos’ net satisfaction fell by 11 points from moderate +13 in Balance Luzon, 17 points from neutral +2 in the Visayas, 14 points from poor -17 in Metro Manila, and 11 points from poor -29 in Mindanao.

In rural areas, the net satisfaction rating of Marcos fell from “neutral” +9 to “neutral” -9. Likewise, the President’s net satisfaction rating dropped from “poor” -14 to “poor” -20 in urban areas.

The President’s net satisfaction rating also fell among both women and men, among 25 to 34-year-olds and 45 to 54-year-olds, and across educational levels, the SWS said.

When asked about their perception on Marcos’ health condition, 35% of Filipinos believe that he is in good condition, 35% were undecided, and 30% said they don’t believe that his health is in good state.

The non-commissioned survey interviewed 1,500 adults via face-to-face interviews: 600 in Balance Luzon (or Luzon outside Metro Manila), and 300 each in Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

The sampling error margins are ±3% for national percentages, ±4% for Balance Luzon, and ±6% each for Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
