The Bureau of Customs’ (BOC) to hold second public auction for the Discaya family’s seized luxury vehicles on Friday, December 5, 2025, after authorities determined that these were brought into the country and registered through fraudulent means.

The BOC said the vehicles will be available for public viewing at the BOC Grounds from Tuesday, December 2, until Wednesday, December 3. The opening of sealed bids will be held at 10 a.m. at the Office of the Commissioner Building in the Bureau of Customs, Port Area, Manila.

Among the items for auction are a Toyota Tundra 2022 with a P3.473-million floor price, a Toyota Sequoia 2023 with a P4.669-million floor price, a Rolls Royce Cullinan 2023 with a P36.381-million floor price, and a Bentley Bentayga 2022 with a P13.878-million floor price.

Bidders will have to submit a registration form with their latest certified true copy of income and/or business tax returns duly stamped and received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and pay a registration fee of P5,050.00.

The four vehicles were the units that did not sell in the first public auction last month, where three others were awarded to winning bidders. The BOC earlier estimated P103.9 million in sales from this batch.

BOC deputy chief-of-staff and spokesperson Atty. Chris Bendijo earlier said proceeds of the auction will go to the forfeiture fund of the BOC, which will then be reverted to the Bureau of the Treasury.

The bureau earlier said an estimated P100 million in taxes were left unpaid when the Discayas — linked to corruption activities involving flood control projects —  acquired 13 of their 30 luxury vehicles.
