11,425 complete 2025 Bar Exams – Supreme Court

The Supreme Court (SC) announced that a total of 11,425 out of the 13,193 admitted applicants completed the 2025 Bar Examinations.
According to the SC, this is the largest number of finishers in Bar history.
Associate Justice and Bar chairperson Amy Lazaro-Javier said there were no accidents or untoward incidents during the three-day Bar Exams.
“There was no violence or harm to anyone,” she said in a statement.
Lazaro-Javier also called on new lawyers to be active partners in the Judiciary’s efforts towards innovation, accessibility, efficiency, and justice.
The Supreme Court said she encouraged them to actively contribute in the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022-2027.
“The SPJI is a gift from the Supreme Court. It must be nurtured by this generation and passed on to the next,” she said.
Meanwhile, the High Court said that this year’s bar Bar garnered the highest first-day turnout at 11,437.
Lazaro-Javier also handed responsibility of administering the next Bar Exams to Associate Justice Samuel Gaerlan, who will be the next Bar chairperson.
